1. I don’t have time to go to the gym. Can I do the workouts from home?

Absolutly. We designed this program with the everyday woman in mind. We get the busy lifestyles and created a program you can do right at home in under 30 minutes a day.

2. Can I do the workouts at the gym?

Yes of course. These workouts are designed to do anywhere. Gym, yes! Travelling, absolutely! At Home, you bet!

3. I am vegan, can I do the Body Up Transformation program?

YES! We have a vegan plan that will get you results.

4. What is the Body Up Transformation?

It is an online program featuring delicious and affordable meal plans, HIIT, weight training or bodyweight training and proper stretch sessions to help avoid injury during exercise. Keep in mind you should consult a doctor or general practitioner before commencing any new fitness and nutrition program. We are here to provide advice but you should seek professional help where individual assistance is needed.

5. What if I miss a day?

Don’t worry we all have bad days occasionally. Just come back to the day and do the workouts and meal plan. Continue where you left off. You will have full access until you complete the program.

6. Full fat or low fat?

Always choose full fat options. Foods closest to natural and original form means they are less processed and will keep you feeling fuller longer. Also choose good fats just be mindful of portion size if consuming dairy.

7. Do I need to buy supplements to start program?

No its not a requirement but we do recommend you supplement where there is a need. For example if you are vegan and you aren’t getting enough omega3 or B12 vitamins through diet we recommend supplementing where our diet is lacking.

8. How much water do I need to be drinking?

A LOT! We recommend atleast 2-3 litres a day. Carry a water bottle with you at all times as a reminder to be sipping all day. Feel like water is so plain? Add lemon or citrus fruits for flavor. Drinking water helps keep your body hydrated which will also prevent headaches and BONUS it is so good for your skin. Keep that glow on with clear complexion!

9. When will i start seeing results?

Some clients report losing up to 10lbs in two weeks, while others have maintained weight but lost inches still seeing and feeling a huge difference! The scale is not always an accurate gauge as muscle weighs more than fat- so we recommend all clients take their measurements as well as their weight before starting the program!

10. Can I do this program if I’m a nursing mum?

Yes this program is designed to get your body back on track and us being mums as well, we totally get the body back goals. We do recommend you consult a doctor first to clear you for activity and exercise and we don’t recommend any intermittent fasting because we know the importance of calories in your diet to keep milk supply up.
